The first practice of the 2010-2011 Fencing Season at Appalcahian State has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 31st at 7:00pm on the rear basketball courts of the Quinn Recreation Center. We invite anyone interested in learning more about fencing to join us.
Appalachians first home tournament of the season, The 3rd Annual Yosef Open, has also been scheduled for the weekend of November 21st and 22nd. |

The Appalachian State Fencing club's first fencing practice of the Fall 2009 semester is scheduled to begin this Tuesday 9/1/2009 at 7:00PM. We look forward to meeting all of this years new fencers, and catching up with all of our returning fencers there. Also, this years Yosef Open, ASU's annual fall fencing tournament, has been scheduled for November 14 and 15 2009, everyone should mark the date on their calendar. |

A couple weeks ago we hosted our annual fall tournament: The Yosef Open. Despite having some long day's the tournament turned out to be a success. Once again Appalachian State managed to attract some tough competition from 9 different clubs across North and South Carolina. And again despite the competition Appalachian managed to earn at least one medal in every event. Medalist Fencers were: Open Foil
